Smartsheet doesn't stay collapsed

Make Collapse ALL default
I have clients with indented children. Everytime I come to the sheet the children are fully expanded. How do I make Collapse ALL the default setting? Matters not if I save it as collapsed.1 · -

It's just baloney that staying collapsed is not an optional setting. I've asked for this for 3 years.....we use child rows as employees of the parent row. I dont want to see them unless I want to see…3 ·
